2. Types of data processed
- Browsing data: IP address, technical logs, device and browser information, collected in aggregate form or for security purposes.
- Data provided voluntarily: for example name, email, and content submitted via contact forms, quote requests, or email.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are activated only with consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Website operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest / Art. 6(1)(b) for requested services).
- Responding to enquiries and quotes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures).
- Analytics and marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent), only if enabled via the cookie banner.
- Legal compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by technical providers acting as processors (hosting, email, cloud infrastructure, and analytics tools only after consent). Where data is transferred outside the EU, the controller adopts appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) or relies on adequacy decisions.
5. Retention
Contact and quote data are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited security-related period. Cookie consent is stored on the user’s device for 182 days (and can be reviewed at any time).

7. Fonts and third-party resources
The Satoshi font (Indian Type Foundry) is hosted on our own site: displaying it does not involve any third-party service. We do not load Google Fonts.
